Mance Media announced today it has entered into an agreement with Cirque Berzerk to distribute, on a worldwide exclusive basis, the two hour family friendly television special based on the Los Angeles Circus, according to Matthew Mancinelli, CEO of Mance Media.
Mance Media has already lined up two broadcasters for the special: Czech TV (CESKA TELEVIZE)/Czech Republic and to CCTV/China. "We are seeing broadcasters picking up the special to air this Holiday season," said Mancinelli.
Cirque Berzek made its debut in 2005 at the Burning Man festival; an annual event held in the California desert.

Cirque Berzerk has performed all over the United States including 2 successful runs of its critically acclaimed show Beneath here in Los Angeles. Cirque Berzerk launched Beneath as a tent show for an extended 8 weeks and then transformed the tent show into a proscenium theatre show for an extended 4 week run at Club Nokia in partnership with AEG and Golden Voice.
"Cirque Berzerk is the sort of phantasmagoric spectacle Tim Burton would dream up, if he quit filmmaking to join the circus," said Matthew Mancinelli.
The two-hour television special was produced by David Berrent the CEO of Cirque Berzerk. It was shot in high definition and it captures all of the fun and intensity of the performances held in the tent in downtown Los Angeles.
Though many of the cast and crew are former Cirque Du Soleil members the comparison stops there. The show is an all enveloping experience from the moment one arrives filled with sinewy acrobatics, sensual contortionists, bawdy burlesque dancers, and a host of evil fire breathing clowns.
Cirque Berzerk is currently available for exclusive first run broadcast in North America.
