DLA announced a new deal with distribution company Videx International Media through Ledafilms -its representative in Latin America- which will allow it to provide dozens of movies through its VOS services in the region.

Over the last few years, this commercial relationship has allowed DLA to offer the best in movies through its VOD and PPV services, both basic and transactional. The new deal grants the company the rights to broadcast dozens of titles such as Dark Horse, The Expatriate, The English Teacher and Albert Nobbs, one of the highlighted films at the Toronto Film Festival and recently nominated for an Oscar, Golden Globe and SAG Award. DLA also gets the distribution rights for series such as Impact and The Pillars of The Earth.

"Today's audience is no longer satisfied with any movie, it demands access to the best productions from all over the world, shortly after they're presented at festivals and movie premieres," said Pablo Iacoviello, head of acquisitions at DLA.

Created in 2000, DLA offers integral solutions and cutting-edge technology to allow Latin America and the Caribbean to offer content in HD and other formats, as well as through VOD.
