Zodiak Media's international division acquired the distribution rights for the new Canal+ eight-part supernatural thriller from independent producer Haut et Court.

Zodiak Rights, the international division of Zodiak Media has acquired the distribution rights for the new Canal+ eight-part supernatural thriller, Rebound (Les Revenants in France) from independent producer Haut et Court (The Class, Coco Before Chanel, Xanadu).
Rebound (8 x 60') opens in a small mountain community which is rocked to its core when several local people who are presumed dead suddenly re-appear at their homes. Despite having passed away some years earlier, these ghostly characters appear in human form, they have not aged, and they are completely unaware of their own fatality. Determined to reclaim their lives and start over, they slowly come to realize that they are not the only ones to have been brought back from the dead

Their return augers torment for their community when a series of gruesome murders bear a chilling resemblance to the work of a serial killer from the past. This is a homecoming like no other. Rebound is a stylish take on the supernatural genre that combines taut mystery with rich character-led drama.
The series was created by Fabrice Gobert (Lights Out, Coeur Ocean), and directed by Fabrice Gobert and Frédéric Mermoud. The series gathers an exciting cast including; Anne Consigny, Clotilde Hesme, Céline Sallette, Guillaume Gouix, Samir Guesmi and Frédéric Pierrot. Rebound is currently shooting on location in Haute Savoie in France.

Zodiak Rights already distributes Braquo, Canal+’s hit cop franchise (produced by Capa Drama) and will handle the worldwide sales of Rebound.
