Aimed at providing a richer, more dynamic and interactive platform, LAMAC has renewed its website incorporating data by country, manageable graphics, videos and subscriptions.

LAMAC, the organization that represents over 40 pay TV channels in Latin America, has renewed its website to provide a better experience for users, who are mainly agencies, advertisers and channels seeking reliable information to develop better investment plans for pay TV.

"We want advertisers to find everything they need to know about pay TV in an easy and interactive way: that is our main goal," said Gary McBride, president of LAMAC.

The new site features different regions: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, Latin America and Central America. "One of our greatest innovations is the pay TV metrics graphs. Users can now select the period and target and receive information that is much more precise. Users can also export, print and share content by email and in social networks," said Leila Aisen, who joined LAMAC's team in August 2010 to coordinate the association's arrival to the digital world from her role as Regional Web Manager.

The most striking change noticed when opening the site are video interviews with experts on pay TV and programming, a subscription to receive LAMAC's newsletter and dynamic boxes containing news, articles and information on member channels.

There is also an English version of its Latin America section and, as on the previous site, Brazil's section is all in Portuguese. Users can search over the site's news and then comment and share them on social networks or by e-mail from the site with just one click.

The new site can be accessed at www.lamac.org.
