Record-Breaking Ratings for Estrella TV
 
The Hispanic US network achieved highest year to year household increase and tied for highest year to year increase in the adults 18-49 category.

Estrella TV finished the May ratings period as the top-ranking Hispanic broadcast network in year-to-year household growth and tied as the number one network in growth among Adults 18-49.

In the household category, Estrella TV achieved an impressive May to May increase of 19%, handily beating Telefutura's ' household increase of 12%.  Univision increased its audience from May 2011 to May 2012 by only 1%, while contenders Galavision and Telemundo each experienced significant household decreases.

In the all-important Adults 18-49 demographic, Estrella TV a year over year prime time growth of 12%.  Only Telefutura (12%) and Univision (4%) were able to join Estrella TV in achieving May to May increases in the 18-49 demographic.  Azteca, Galavision and Telemundo were down in this premiere viewer group.

"May 2012 is now in the record books, and the results further underscore Estrella TV's powerful appeal to adults in prime time," said Winter Horton, Chief Operating Officer of LBI Media. Estrella TV's lineup includes hit series such as Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento; Mi Sueño es Bailar; Estudio Dos; A Que No Puedes; Noticias con Enrique Gratas and Alarma TV.
