SOMOSTV Signs for Broad Distribution of Semillitas and VeneMovies in the US
 
The agreement signed a distribution deal for both channels with the National Cable Television Cooperative, an organization that groups over 1,000 cable operators in the US Hispanic market.

SOMOSTV, the Miami-based company dedicated to the development of Pay TV channels for the Hispanic Market, signed an affiliation agreement with the National Cable Television Cooperative, Inc. (NCTC) for its channels Semillitas and VeneMovies. The NCTC is in charge of purchasing programming and hardware for almost 1,000 affiliated companies that own and operate cable systems in the US. Under this agreement the two SOMOSTV channels will now be part of the NCTC's offering for cable operator.

"We are pleased to offer these additional Hispanic networks to our members as they look to expand and enhance their product offerings to this important market segment," said Frank Hughes, SVP of programming at NCTC.
