Megacable Acquieres DLA Networks for Digital Platform
 
Concert Channel HD and Rush HD -part of DLA's services and content portfolio- are now available on the Mexican company's digital platform.

DLA, the entertainment solutions provider for digital platforms, announced the addition of its HD networks to Megacable's digital platform. Concert Channel HD and Rush HD are now part of DLA's products and services currently available in said platform.

These include Concert Channel HD, MixPlay.TV's interactive channel, as well as a variety of content for VOD and PPV services. "The launch of Concert Channel HD and Rush HD on Megacable allows us to expand our presence in Mexico through one of the most important broadcasters in the country, offering its subscribers the best international concerts and extreme sports in HD," said Javier López Casella, sales and services VP for DLA affiliates.

Launched in Latin America in April, 2010, and aimed at a young audience (18 to 45), Concert Channel HD offers visually appealing programming featuring live performances from some of the world's greatest stars.

Concert Channel HD subscribers will have access to between five and eight concerts a day with a guaranteed premiere every Friday and exclusive access to great international concerts. The audience can also have access to Concert Channel HD's content through www.concertchanneltv.com.

Meanwhile, Rush HD, the first HD network to arrive in the Latin American market, is aimed at fans of extreme sports and adventure, with programming based on extreme sports such as BASE jumping, snowboarding, windsurfing, bungee jumping and others.
